This appetizing and crunchy salad is made from fresh strong ground cucumbers. Best of all, if you just removed the cucumbers from the garden - then the salad will be just incredibly tasty and crunchy!

Prepare all the ingredients that are necessary for preparing the salad and put them on the table.

The cucumbers should be thoroughly washed in cold water and then cut into fairly thick slices.

Then you need to peel and rinse the onions, cut them into thin half rings and pour into a bowl of cucumbers.

After that, peel and chop the garlic with a garlic press. Add it to a bowl of pickles and onions.

Add sugar, salt and vinegar last to the ingredients already prepared. A bowl of salad should be left for about half a day so that the salad is infused and the cucumbers let the juice out.
