We present to your attention a salad that can be called a real vitamin bomb. After all, summer vegetable salad can be pampered not only with the onset of the season. Vitamins in the form of tomatoes, cucumbers and onions can be easily preserved in your kitchen.

The tomatoes must be washed thoroughly, cut in half, and then into slices. If necessary, we get rid of the stalks.

Wash cucumbers, then cut into thin rings.

The onions must be peeled and cut in the same way as the cucumbers.

Put the chopped vegetables in a deep bowl, add salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil to them. We leave for ten minutes.

The next step is to transfer the salad to a dry jar, which must be previously pasteurized. Fill the jar with salad to the brim and cover with a lid. Now we take a large saucepan, cover its bottom with a waffle towel, put a jar of salad there and fill it with water. The water level should cover more than half of the can. We sterilize the salad jars for half an hour.

After the specified time has elapsed, we take the jar out of the pan, seal it with a lid pasteurized in boiling water, and turn it upside down, wait until the contents of the jar have completely cooled down. We recommend storing salads in a cool place.
