I would like to recommend the recipe for an unusual cucumber salad "Mother-in-law's language" not only because of its name, but also the flavor combination of products. Although the products used are well-known and simple, the salad turns out to be spicy and interesting.

Prepare the ingredients for the salad. Rinse cucumbers, bell peppers and tomatoes thoroughly under running water. Peel the garlic. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and remove the skin, cut into small pieces and place in a food processor to chop.

Peel the washed bell pepper from the core with seeds. Also chop like tomatoes or cut into thin slices.

Pour the chopped tomatoes into a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Place over medium heat and cover.

Cut the cucumbers into oblique slices.

Chop the peeled garlic with a knife or pass through a press. Wash hot peppers, cut into rings and remove the seeds.

Wash the jars in advance and sterilize in a water bath or oven. Place hot salad in sterile jars. Screw the lids on, after pouring boiling water over them. Cover with a blanket and leave to cool completely. Put the prepared salad in a cool and dark room. The salad can be tasted after 3 days.
