Cucumber salad in tomato sauce

Cucumbers for the winter can be prepared in different ways. Cucumbers in tomato sauce are incredibly tasty. All ingredients in this recipe are natural. We can even easily cook pasta ourselves from fresh tomatoes. The salad turns out to be very juicy and spicy. Simply delicious!

We wash all vegetables with water. Cucumbers are best soaked in water for 1-2 hours. Then cut off their ends. Cut the pepper into halves and remove the seeds. Remove all petioles and stalks.

Cut carrots and peppers into small strips.

Cut the cucumbers into rings, and the onion into small cubes.

Chop the garlic with a knife.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them off. Cut into several pieces, send them to the blender bowl and grind. We shift the mass into a saucepan, add 1 tbsp. water and stir. We wait until the mass boils and then cook for another 7 minutes.

After that, we send carrots, onions, peppers, as well as salt and sugar, sunflower oil to the tomato mixture. Stir, continue to cook for 15 minutes. and throw in the cucumbers.

Cook for another 5 minutes, add the garlic and after 2 minutes. pour in vinegar. After the mass boils again, remove it from the heat and put it in sterilized jars. Roll up tightly.
