Cucumber salad in tomato sauce

Tomato-filled cucumber salad is a popular dish that has various variations. Tomato filling is prepared from fresh tomatoes, tomato juice or sauce, sometimes ketchup is used. I suggest making a tomato paste filling. The calculation is based on a 2 liter jar.

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad. Wash and dry cucumbers thoroughly. Peel the garlic. Wash the dill umbrella and shake off any moisture. Wash the jars well with detergent. Sterilize clean jars in the microwave or oven. Pour boiling water over the lids.

Put the dill umbrella, black peppercorns, garlic and mustard seeds in a liter jar. Cut the cucumbers into bars or in any other way and put them tightly in jars. Boil water in advance and fill the jars, cover with lids. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
