Pork liver salad

Pork liver salad is very nutritious and satisfying. It is easy to prepare it even for novice housewives. This salad is suitable as a festive dish, and is also perfect to diversify the daily menu.

Pork liver must be rinsed thoroughly. It is also recommended to pre-soak it in cool water for one and a half to two hours to improve its taste. Cut the washed raw liver into small pieces of five centimeters in size and dip in salted boiling water. Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Put the finished pieces of liver on a plate and let them cool completely. Rub the cooled liver on a grater with large holes.

Boil chicken eggs for 10-12 minutes so that the yolk hardens well. Cool the eggs completely and peel them. Grate two eggs on a coarse grater, leave one whole.

Peel the onions, rinse and cut into small cubes. Put the chopped onion in a separate small bowl and pour over it with vinegar. Leave the onion to marinate for 15 minutes. After the specified time, the onion must be squeezed out of the liquid.
