You can use both breast fillets and drumsticks. Rinse it and cut into thin strips across the grain. Preheat a skillet and add oil. Fry the chicken until golden brown, salt and pepper if desired, you can sprinkle a little, curry, but remember that mayonnaise contains salt, do not overdo it. Transfer the finished bites to a plate.

Boil water in a saucepan and, while boiling, lower the peeled and washed mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes, then transfer to a colander, let cool and cut into quarters lengthwise.
