Incredibly juicy, crunchy salad of fresh fruit and Chinese cabbage. An excellent dietary option for a separate snack or side dish, for example, for chicken. The salad not only does not contain extra calories, but also helps digestion, and is also rich in many vitamins and minerals.

First, let's take care of pineapple: peel it with a knife, and cut the pulp into small pieces. It is recommended not to use the core, as it is too coarse for a delicate salad. Alternatively, instead of fresh pineapple, you can use canned pineapple, after allowing the syrup to drain.

Peel the orange, remove the white streaks as much as possible. We disassemble the fruit into separate slices and cut them across into thin slices. When slicing, be sure to remove the bones so that they do not end up in the salad.

The apple must be rinsed, dried, cut into quarters and the seed capsule removed. Do not cut off the peel. Cut the apple into small cubes. You can also grate it on a coarse grater, then the salad will be more juicy. To prevent the apple from darkening, you can sprinkle it with a little lemon juice.
