Cherry tomato salad for the winter

A jar of cherry salad is a versatile snack for your table. The dish is relevant at any time of the year and perfectly complements hot dishes. Also, the preparation will look good even after long storage, thanks to the small size and strong shape of the vegetable.

Peel the garlic cloves and grind them together with hot pepper.

Put the herbs and all the spices at the bottom of the sterilized jar: garlic, pepper, bay leaf, dill, parsley and cherry leaves.

We wash the cherry thoroughly under water, sort it out. We use only ripe and undamaged fruits. We spread them on spices.

Cooking the brine. We heat up about one and a half liters of water. Add salt, sugar and mix until they are completely dissolved.

Remove the brine from the stove and pour in the vinegar.

Fill the tomatoes with the resulting brine. We insist for 10-15 minutes.

Drain the brine back into the pot and bring it to a boil. Then we immediately remove from heat.
