Tomato and bean salad is a practical preparation for the winter. This salad turns out to be very satisfying and nutritious. The use of onions and carrots in the preparation of salad gives the finished dish the necessary sweetness. Tomato and bean salad can complement hot dishes, as well as play the role of a separate dish for a family dinner or lunch.

The beans must be soaked in cold water overnight. In the morning, drain the liquid into it using a colander. Next, put the beans in a saucepan and boil for 15 minutes after boiling. Drain the resulting broth; it will not be needed directly for preparing the salad.

We wash the tomatoes, cut out the stalks. Cut the fruits into several parts and pass through a meat grinder. In this case, you can also use a blender. Pour the resulting tomato puree into a saucepan to the beans.

Carrots should be peeled, washed and grated on a coarse grater. We send the grated carrots to the rest of the ingredients in the pan.
