In the summer, you definitely need to prepare fragrant, healthy rolls for the winter. Rice and tomato salad is very appetizing and unusual. It's pretty quick to cook and it tastes amazing!

Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Peel and grate the carrots or also cut into cubes.

Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, put vegetables, pour tomato puree, add sugar, salt, spices and a glass of rice. We put on the stove and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 60 minutes.
