This simple and at the same time tasty preparation will undoubtedly delight you in winter as an appetizer or addition to your favorite meat dishes. In order for such a salad to turn out tender, use young and fresh garlic arrows during the preparation process.

Arrows of garlic must be washed thoroughly, then dried. Next, they should be chopped into pieces of 4-6 cm.

Let's prepare the banks. To do this, wash each jar with baking soda and rinse. Then pour boiling water up to half into each jar, leave for 5 minutes. Stir up the boiling water in the jar so that it “washes” the walls of the jar from all sides.
