According to the proposed recipe, you can prepare an unusual appetizer for any table - a salad of garlic arrows in Chinese, as one of the options for salads of garlic arrows. In the recipe, you are invited to add funchose and any meat to the salad. The zest of the taste lies in the special sauce.

Prepare the salad dressing first. Pour the specified amount of soy sauce and vegetable oil into a bowl. Add the juice of half a lemon, all the spices and the cloves of garlic minced in a garlic. Whisk the sauce well.

Rinse the garlic arrows and cut them into pieces up to 5 cm long. Boil them in salted water for 3 minutes, then discard in a colander and cool.

Peel the onion and chop it into thin half rings. Fry the onions in heated vegetable oil until transparent.

Cut a piece of any meat (pork, chicken) into thin cubes and fry over high heat in a skillet with onions until golden brown. Stir the meat continuously while frying. By the end of frying the meat, transfer the boiled garlic arrows to the pan, stir everything and turn off the heat.

In a separate saucepan, boil funchose according to the instructions. Peel, wash and grate the carrots. Put the chopped carrots in a bowl, pour the prepared sauce for 10 minutes. Transfer the meat fried with onions and garlic arrows to a beautiful salad plate. Add funchose and pickled carrots to it and mix gently. Chill the salad for an hour in the refrigerator and serve.
