Garlic sprouts are a seasonal product and may not be easy to obtain. If you have your own personal plot, you are incredibly lucky! Garlic shoots are cut in late June - early July, when they are still crispy and in the juice itself. They have a delicate garlic aroma and are suitable for pickling, stewing and salads. Today we are just preparing one of these salads: a warm salad with meat, sesame seeds and garlic arrows.

For a successful choice of garlic shoots, you must follow some advice: young and fresh shoots are crispy and break well when bent, and not very young ones no longer have such juiciness and just bend. We wash the shoots of garlic well in running cool water. Let the water drain a little and put the shoots on a cutting board. We cut them into small pieces about 4-6 cm long.
During the cooking process, the garlic shoots changed their color to a lighter color and became a little softer. Add 4 tsp to our dish. soy sauce and mix well. Close the lid and leave the meat and shoots to soak in the sauce. At this time, in a small container, we dilute the starch with a small amount of water, so that its consistency is slightly liquid, add another 1 tsp. soy sauce and mix well. Add the resulting dressing to our dish, mix and remove from heat after 1-1.5 minutes. The starch will begin to thicken and the sauce will begin to become clear and viscous. At this time, fry the sesame seeds in a dry hot frying pan for 1-2 minutes so that they brown a little and add them to the meat. Mix everything well.
