Beetroot is an affordable product that is eaten both raw and cooked. Beetroot salad for weight loss will appeal not only to those who are losing weight, but also to everyone else. A salad can be called easy to prepare only if you have ready-made beets, like mine.

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad. Take boiled beets and peel. If you don't have ready-made beets, boil them first. The boiling process for beets can take up to two hours. The cooking time for beets depends on the cooking method, beet size and quantity. Rinse and dry the dill greens. Squeeze the lemon juice out of the lemon.

Prepare a healthy salad dressing. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice and sesame urbech. Mix well until smooth.

Using a fine grater, grate the peeled beets.
Rinse the prunes well and cover with boiling water for 15 minutes.
