Beet and Bean Salad

A very tasty and satisfying dish. Beets are rich in healthy vitamins, and beans contain a lot of the protein we need. It is very good for health to replace a fatty dinner with such a bean and vegetable dish. And vegetarians will be crazy about this salad!
