Beetroot and carrot salad

Beetroot and carrot salad is incredibly healthy. In order to boil these vegetables, it takes a lot of time, which sometimes is not. We offer a quick way to prepare this healthy salad. You just need to peel and grate carrots and beets, and a microwave will help in cooking vegetables.

We wash the beets, cut off the upper skin with a knife, rinse and dry again. We also rinse and peel the carrots. Grate vegetables with large holes. We put the grated raw vegetables in a heat-resistant dish, sprinkle with sugar, salt, pour with lemon juice and put in the microwave for eight to ten minutes at maximum power. During this time, the vegetables will become soft. Using oven mitts, so as not to burn yourself, we take out the dishes with vegetables from the microwave.
