Beet and apple salad

If you have ready-made beets, it will save you a lot of time. If there are no ready-made beets, cook them. Rinse well beforehand under running water.

Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water so that the beets are completely covered. Bring the beets to a boil and simmer for about an hour on average. The cooking time depends on the quantity and size of the beets. Cool the finished beets in cold water.
