Vitamin winter beetroot salad is not difficult to prepare. The appetizer can be refrigerated for a long time and will serve as a versatile appetizer for many main courses.

We do not boil the beets until they are fully cooked. It should be slightly hard, as it must be extinguished in the future. Peel and chop the onion.
