Beetroot salad with nuts

Salads are usually served as a cold snack. But there are exceptions when salad can be used as a side dish for meat, to make a filling for sandwiches or pies from it. The combination of spicy beets and walnuts is exactly the case.

Rinse the beets well, boil in a uniform, cool in cold water. Peel the finished beets and grate on a medium grater.

Lightly dry the walnut kernels in a pan or oven, chop with a knife or chop with a kitchen hammer.
