Green tomato salad for the winter you will lick your fingers

I used to think winter snacks made from green tomatoes were something incredible, and to be honest, I was somehow skeptical about them until I tried this salad. Be sure to use my recommendation and prepare a fragrant winter snack.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
The first step is to prepare the jars, wash them thoroughly and sterilize them in the microwave or oven. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a saucepan. Wash green tomatoes thoroughly and let them dry. Cut into several pieces, after removing the stalk.
step 2 out of 6
Wash the bell peppers thoroughly, dry, cut in half and remove the seeds from the core. Cut the peeled bell pepper into strips.
step 3 out of 6
Wash the hot peppers thoroughly, dry, cut in half and remove the seeds from the core. Cut the peeled hot peppers into half rings.
step 4 out of 6
Peel the onions and garlic, cut the peeled onions into small cubes or whatever is more convenient for you. Chop the peeled garlic with a sharp knife or pass through a press.
step 5 out of 6
Combine all ingredients in a deep container. Pour in the required amount of vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar, add granulated sugar, table salt and Korean carrot seasoning. Stir the salad thoroughly and place in sterile jars. Cover the jars with sterile lids and place in a saucepan lined with a tea towel.
step 6 out of 6
Pour warm water over the hangers of the jars. Bring to a boil and sterilize for about 20 minutes over moderate heat. Gently remove hot cans with snacks from the pan and screw with sterile lids. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave to cool completely. Turn the salad jars over and transfer them to a dark place for storage.

Bon Appetit!
