Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin slices, transfer to a container where the salad will marinate.

Wash the bell peppers, peel off partitions and seeds, cut into thin strips, add it to the tomatoes.

Peel the onions and cut into thin half rings, send to the rest of the vegetables.

Wash the greens, chop finely with a knife. Add sunflower oil, vinegar, spices and salt to the chopped ingredients, mix well.
