Green tomatoes are an unripe vegetable that is not tasty in its raw form and is not even desirable to eat. But, what an incomparable salad is obtained from such tomatoes for the winter. Such an appetizer with an expressive taste of vegetables is great to serve in the winter cold for hot dishes and you don't need to waste time on cooking.
