This salad will become a frequent guest on your table if prepared according to the recipe. A salad is prepared from green tomatoes of milky ripeness or from brown ones, which have their own flavor of taste, in contrast to red ones. Those tomatoes that have just set are not suitable for salad. The set of ingredients for the salad is minimal, and the amount of salt and sugar can be changed according to your wishes and taste. You can use frozen salad greens.
