This salad will appeal to lovers of spicy, rich appetizers. To prepare it, you just need to grind the ingredients and mix them. Of course, the longer the salad is in the refrigerator, the more it marinates and becomes richer and juicier. However, it can already be consumed a few hours after preparation.

We choose hard tomatoes for the salad, without defects. We wash them thoroughly and dry them. Peel the garlic, rinse and dry. We do the same with a pepper pod.

Pass the peeled garlic cloves through a press - put the resulting mass in a small container. Finely chop the pepper with a knife along with the seeds, add to the garlic. Pour salt and granulated sugar into a container, pour in vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix the mixture thoroughly.

Cut the washed tomatoes into thin slices. We cut out the trace from the stalk along the way.

Place the chopped tomatoes in a bowl and fill with the cooked garlic mixture. Mix thoroughly so that each tomato slice is covered with the dressing. We close it tightly with a lid so that the intense smell does not spread to other products, and put it in the refrigerator. After a few hours, the salad can already be consumed. But the peak of taste comes in a day - then the salad acquires the perfect balance of saturation, pungency and crunchy texture of tomatoes. When serving, you can sprinkle with chopped parsley.
