We wash the green tomatoes, let them dry and cut them into thin slices. We peel the garlic, the cloves can be left intact or also cut into plates. Grind the greens.

Combine the garlic and tomatoes in one deep bowl, mix and leave in a cool place for two hours. After the tomatoes are juiced, the contents can be put on fire. At the same stage, add chopped herbs, salt, sugar, vinegar and oil. Stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
