Green tomato salad with rice is a great idea for the winter. Thanks to the combination of all the ingredients, the salad is very juicy and satisfying. Rice must be rinsed under running water, then soaked in cold water and left for 2 hours. After a while, drain the water.

Green tomatoes should be thoroughly washed and cut into small wedges. If the tomatoes are medium-sized by themselves, you can cut the fruits in half.

Rinse the pepper as well. Then cut in half and remove the inner seeds. Cut the peeled peppers into small pieces.

Peel the onions, then cut into rings or half rings.
