Vitamin salads made from fresh vegetables are not only very useful, but can also decorate any table. This salad is an excellent confirmation of this. The combination of vegetables is very simple, but incredibly effective. It's all about color, or rather, its variety. We use yellow tomatoes, bell peppers - red, and a green pillow will act as a bright green background. The fragrant dressing will make the salad juicy and set the "mood".

We thoroughly wash lettuce leaves to remove dirt and dry them on a towel. Large leaves can be torn into smaller pieces with your hands. We put the prepared salad in the first layer on a wide flat dish.

Wash yellow tomatoes, dry them. We cut each into quarters and cut off the footprint from the stalk. We cut each quarter across into several pieces. Spread the sliced ​​tomatoes on top of the lettuce, trying to distribute them evenly.

Wash the bell peppers and free them from the stalk and seeds. Cut the pulp into small slices, commensurate with tomato slices. Pour the chopped peppers on top of the tomatoes.
