Kuban salad without sterilization for the winter

Kuban salad is a popular appetizer that housewives love for its simplicity and abundance of vegetables. In order to preserve the beneficial properties, the salad does not need to be sterilized; it is perfectly stored after extremely light heat treatment.

Wash and peel vegetables. Cut the carrots into strips.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes or strips. Peel the seeds from the pepper and also chop into strips.
