An easy-to-prepare Kuban salad with cucumbers and cabbage will delight you with its fresh taste and high vitamin content in winter. This includes as many different vegetables as possible, but this does not spoil the taste of the salad, because they all blend harmoniously.

Peel off the dried upper leaves from the cabbage, chop the cabbage into thin strips. Remove the seeds from the peppers with the stalk, cut the bell peppers into strips. Cut the cucumbers into half rings, grate the carrots coarsely. Chop the tomatoes into thin slices, cut the hot pepper into thin rings.

Mix vegetables in a bowl, add granulated sugar, salt, peppercorns, bay leaves, vegetable oil, vinegar.
