Delight salad with tongue

Beef tongue salad will satisfy the most whimsical gourmets and will give a real pleasure, because it is served with original strawberry sauce. The salad includes beef tongue, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and walnuts, flavored with sour cream-mustard dressing.

Remove the husk from the onion, cut it into thin strips. Place in a deep container, add honey, mustard, lemon juice and olive oil. Stir and let marinate.

Rinse the mushrooms, dry on a paper towel and chop into strips. Heat a frying pan with oil, put mushrooms there. Fry them until tender and add salt.
