The recipe presented to your attention is another option for making everyone's favorite salad "Nezhinsky", which has its own peculiarity: in addition to the main ingredient - cucumbers, it also includes tomatoes. Despite the fact that this recipe is not a classic, it is very popular.

Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly, then soak them in cold water for a couple of hours. Thanks to this manipulation, our cucumbers will turn out to be very crispy.

After that, drain the water and cut the cucumbers into rings about half a centimeter thick.

The next step is to rinse the tomatoes. Peel the onion.

Cut clean tomatoes into small slices.

Now let's take care of the marinade. Prepare all the ingredients you need to prepare it. In addition, pre-pasteurize the jars. First, they need to be washed using baking soda, then rinsed thoroughly, and then sterilized over steam for twenty minutes. Dip the lids in boiling water for five minutes.

Now we will deal with the layout of the ingredients in the cans. In each we send a sprig of parsley, a few peppercorns, and a bay leaf. After that, lay out about six cucumber rings and 2-3 onion rings and 2-3 tomato slices in layers.
