Obzhorka salad with chicken liver is prepared without much hassle. In addition to liver, you will need onions, canned peas, carrots and pickled cucumbers. Despite the simple composition, the salad can even be served on a festive table.

Rinse the chicken liver well under running water and boil in salted water until tender.
