We offer you a recipe for a delicious vegetable salad for the winter, which is easy to prepare in a matter of minutes, and what is most remarkable is that it does not undergo prolonged heat treatment and does not require sterilization, so vegetables retain all the useful properties and vitamins. You just need to rinse and chop all the vegetables, then boil them with the addition of spices, vinegar and vegetable oil, then put them in jars and roll them up. A quick and tasty salad flies off the table in minutes!

We clean and wash the carrots, rub on a coarse grater.

We wash the tomatoes under running water, put them on a kitchen towel and let them drain a little from the water. Then we cut them into small pieces. If desired, the tomatoes can be scalded with boiling water and peeled off. Peel the onions, rinse and soak for 10-15 minutes in cold water. Then cut the onion into thin half rings.

We wash the bell pepper, dry it on a kitchen towel. Then we clean the peppers from the stalks and seeds and cut into thin half rings.

Pour oil and vinegar on the bottom of a saucepan with a thick bottom, put tomatoes, onions and carrots. We put on fire and bring the mass to a boil. When the vegetables are juiced and boiled, add salt and sugar, chopped bell pepper to them. Mix all the ingredients well and boil for 7-10 minutes, then remove the salad from the heat.
