I want to propose a recipe for a very tasty and bright autumn salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers for the winter. The salad turns out to be quite aromatic and very tasty. This salad is perfect for any hot dish and will decorate your dining table.

Prepare cans in advance. Wash them well in warm water along with baking soda. And then sterilize in a water bath, microwave or oven. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a saucepan. Lay the prepared vegetables in layers at the bottom of sterile jars. The order of vegetables is not important, lay out in any order.
And then place in a saucepan, the bottom of which is previously covered with a kitchen towel. Pour warm water over the hangers of the jars, and then put the pot with the jars over medium heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, and the jars are sterilized for about 15 minutes. Then pour the required amount of vegetable oil into each jar, and sterilize for another 15 minutes, covering with lids.
