Sunflower salad with chips, chicken and mushrooms

It’s hard not to taste this wonderful salad. Its appearance is not the best that it has. They love Sunflower for its delicious combination of chicken, mushrooms and chips.

Boil the breast until tender, cool in the broth, then cut the meat into cubes. Place the chicken on a flat dish and brush with mayonnaise.

Cut the mushrooms into small slices, fry in vegetable oil. Lay out the mushrooms in a second layer, apply mayonnaise on it.

Hard-boiled eggs, peel, grate on a coarse grater. Form a third layer of eggs and brush with mayonnaise.
