Sunflower salad with chicken and pineapple

A beautiful salad for the festive table. Here you can fully unleash all your imagination. The "Sunflower" salad is so called because it is made similar to the flower of the same name. Its composition is no less bright: chicken, pineapples, eggs and corn.

Boil chicken breast and eggs, cool. Cut the chicken into cubes.

Peel the eggs and cut into cubes. Drain the juice from the corn.

Cut the canned pineapple into cubes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix half of the cheese with the rest of the ingredients. Leave the other half to decorate the salad.

Chopped chicken, eggs, corn, pineapple and cheese, season with mayonnaise, mix again and salt to taste. Put the salad on a platter, form a small slide out of it, sprinkle with grated cheese, spread the halves of the olives on top and garnish with chips. Sunflower salad is ready to serve.
