Pineapple salad without meat

The well-known salad of crab sticks with corn will sparkle with new flavors if you add canned pineapples there. The good thing about the salad is that almost everything, with the exception of eggs, is bought ready-made. All that remains is to cut and lay them correctly.

Grate cheese coarsely into a separate container.

Boil eggs hard-boiled for 10 minutes. after boiling in salt water, then quickly put them in ice water with a slotted spoon. This will make it easier to peel them. Peel and grate the cooled eggs on the same grater as the cheese.

Open the canned corn, drain and put on a sieve. When the remaining marinade is gone, measure out the required amount of corn and transfer to a separate plate.

Cut pineapples, from which the juice was previously drained, into small cubes.

Remove the films from the crab sticks and cut out circles from the product for decoration, for example, with a pastry attachment.

Grate the remains of crab sticks coarsely or finely chop.

In a plate, with each separately chopped ingredient, add 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

Grease the edges of the mold with vegetable oil to make the salad less sticky. Place the forming ring on the dish, lay the food in layers.
