Juicy meat salad sounds very unusual, thanks to pineapples. It is also very satisfying. Such a dish can be successfully served on a festive table - it will definitely surprise your guests.

First you need to boil the meat. It is worth noting that both beef and pork are suitable for such a salad. Both types of meat go well with the rest of the ingredients. It is important that the meat is boiled until completely tender. If we are talking about beef, at the end of cooking, it should diverge well into fibers. At the end of cooking, do not forget to add salt to the meat. We remove the finished meat from the broth and let it cool completely. We wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them and cut each into four parts.

We take out the pineapples from the jar, let the liquid drain and cut into small pieces.

Rub a piece of cheese on a grater with small holes, chop the greens also finely.
