Pineapple and cheese salad without chicken

Many people are already fed up with the traditional combination of chicken meat with pineapples in salads. We offer you an original recipe for pineapple salad with cheese and smoked sausage. With the sausage, the salad will retain its nutritional value and acquire a new slightly smoked flavor.

Remove the skin from the sausage, cut it into slices, and then cut each circle into cubes.

Cut hard cheese (preferably Emmental) into medium-sized cubes.

Drain the marinade from the pineapples, cut the washers into pieces of the same size as the cheese and sausage.

Cut the white center out of the tomatoes; you can also remove the watery part with seeds. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
