We wash and dry the grapes. Then we cut each berry in half. For a salad, it is better to use a variety of raisins, in which there are no seeds. If your grapes still have seeds, do not forget to get them.

Drain the juice completely from the pineapple jar. Cut the pineapple itself into small cubes.

Pass the hard cheese through a coarse grater.
