Avocado and feta salad

An excellent salad for fasting and for those who keep fit and eat healthy and wholesome food. It is prepared quickly and easily, contains a maximum of vitamins and will be an excellent breakfast or an alternative to a quick and low-calorie lunch.

Wash all vegetables, dry a little.

Remove seeds and stalk from pepper and cut into strips. Place it in a deep salad bowl.

Cut the tomatoes in half, cut out the place where the stalk is attached and cut the vegetables into cubes.
