Avocado and squid salad is an incredibly tasty and beautiful appetizer when served. The correct way of cooking will make the dish healthy for the figure and at the same time very satisfying.

We thoroughly wash the squid carcass under cold water, we rid it of all that is superfluous. Boil in salted water for 1-2 minutes after boiling. Cooking time depends on the size of the carcass. Cool the squid and cut into thin strips.
