We wash the avocado, dry it, cut it in half, remove the pit. Remove the peel with a knife and cut the pulp into small pieces, like the rest of the ingredients. To prevent the avocado from oxidizing in air and darkening, sprinkle it with lemon juice and add it to a salad bowl. We open a can of canned corn, put the corn in a colander and rinse it under running water. Let the liquid drain completely and pour the corn into the salad bowl.
