Here is a recipe for a dietary and light salad with avocado and chicken fillet. The exotic fruit will add a sophisticated flavor to the salad. Avocado is especially harmonious with chicken fillet. Such a salad will be an excellent option for both a snack and a full meal.

Place the chicken fillet in a saucepan, cover it completely with water and cook for 30 minutes. Salting the meat is not necessary; with all the ingredients, the salad will have a balanced taste. Use a slotted spoon to remove the cooked meat from the water and leave to cool. Then you need to cut the chicken into cubes. Alternatively, you can tear the fillet into fibers so that many separate pieces come out.
Let's prepare the avocado. Rinse it with running water. Then cut each fruit lengthwise with a knife into two parts. After the cut, it is necessary to turn the two pieces of the fruit in opposite directions and remove the stone. Without cutting the skin, make a net on the pulp with a knife and turn the resulting over over a plate. Sprinkle the prepared avocado with lemon juice and stir.
