Avocado Salmon Salad

Salmon and avocado salad cannot be classified as cheap, however, both the fruit and the fish are leaders in useful substances and go well with each other. This salad will serve as a hearty snack during a busy day.

Peel the red onion and cut into thin rings. Tear lettuce leaves with your hands. Add onion rings and diced fish to them.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into cubes, add to the salad.

Hard boil the quail eggs, peel and cut in half. Rinse the avocado, peel it, remove the pit and cut into small pieces. Add eggs and avocado to the salad.

In a separate bowl, combine liquid honey, mustard, lemon juice and olive oil. Season salad with this sauce, sprinkle with caviar on top. Serve the salad as a separate dish as it is very nutritious and rich in taste.
