Avocado, or as it is also called, alligator pear, is a product rich in vitamins and minerals. I want to suggest a recipe for a healthy salad with avocado and cucumber. This salad will especially appeal to those who watch their diet.

Wash cucumbers well. Cut into medium sized pieces.

Wash the avocado, cut lengthwise, use a knife to pull out the pit, and spoon out the avocado pulp. Cut into cubes.
