Avocado and fish salad

A salad with avocado and red fish always turns out to be not only tasty, but also very refined, it can become a full-fledged independent dish for a light dinner or complement any festive feast. If you suddenly fail to buy an avocado, then replace it with a fresh cucumber - this vegetable is also good for adding to such a salad.

Rinse the rice and cook in salted water, then strain it in a colander and let it cool completely.

While the rice is cooking and cooling, work on other ingredients. For decoration, cut some salmon into thin plastics, and chop the rest into cubes.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater, and mash the curd cheese with a fork. Mix half the hard cheese with the curd cheese and half the mayonnaise.
