Avocado, chicken and apple salad

Light and hearty salad - a storehouse of vitamins and a palette of flavors. When you want to cook something new, it will come in handy. Refreshing and full of greenery, it will look great on a holiday table or at a family dinner.

Rinse the fillet, dip in boiling water and cook for 20 minutes. Remove it from the pan and leave to cool. Cut the meat into small cubes.

Rinse the avocado, remove the bone and peel. Cut the flesh into cubes and drizzle with lime juice.

Rinse the apple, peel and core with seeds. Chop the fruit into cubes and drizzle with lime juice as well.
