Homemade avocado salad

Avocado salad is a real exotic treat. Despite being a fruit, avocado goes well with fish and meat. That is why salads with it are especially hearty and nutritious. Try a very simple recipe for an incredibly delicious avocado salad at home!

Tip: For cooking, it is best to use red onions. It will make the salad more spectacular and will not taste bitter.

We clean the onion, take one half and divide it into two more. Cut each piece into thin strips of about 1 mm.

Now we marinate the onion. To do this, transfer to a plate and fill it with squeezed lemon juice. Mix and leave for 10 minutes.

Cut the avocado in two. We remove the pit and clean the avocado from its remnants.

With a thin layer, remove the skin from the avocado.

Now you need to take out the pulp from the fruit with a spoon, while leaving the boat. We need it for filing. In order for the boat to turn out neat, immediately outline its thickness with a knife (about 5 mm).

And cut the pulp into small pieces. Put it in a deep bowl and add the onion to it. If there is a lot of juice in the onion, you can drain it a little.
